Black Cat Tattoo Company was founded by Edgar Armendariz who moved from Los Angeles,CA to Odessa,TX in 2013. The Black Cat Tattoo Company building carries a lot of history, it was Odessa's Fire station #4 from 1959-2008. After standing alone for 8 years, it has now become Black Cat Tattoo Company.
